These terms apply to your use of the website operated by iSmartMedia (“iSmartMedia”, “we”, “us”) and to any inquiry or application you send us. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Our services and your agreement
iSmartMedia runs its own YouTube CMS and offers channel linking, Content ID and rights management, claim handling, music distribution and related support. Submitting a form on this site does not create a partnership. Services start only when you and iSmartMedia sign a separate written agreement. If that agreement differs from these terms, the signed agreement prevails.
2. Commercial terms in brief
- Revenue share. We quote a revenue share for each channel after reviewing it. The number depends on your niche, audience geography, rights and volume, so a single published figure would be wrong for most channels. The share for your channel is given to you in writing before you sign.
- Payouts. Monthly, in USD, with a statement for each period. Available methods: Bank transfer (India & international), Wire transfer, PayPal, Payoneer.
- Ownership. You keep 100% ownership of your channel, your content and your Google account.
- Referrals. Approved referrers may earn a commission of up to 2% of each payout of a channel they referred. Referral commission is paid on top of the channel owner's share — never deducted from it.
- Leaving. How a channel is unlinked is described in our exit policy. Any notice period or conditions are stated in your agreement.

3. No earnings guarantee
Earnings depend on YouTube, advertisers, your audience and your content. We do not guarantee any level of views, revenue, RPM or growth. Estimates on this site, including those from our free tools, are illustrations only and not offers.
4. What we will not do
We do not sell YouTube CMS access, buy views or subscribers, or offer follower growth. We never ask for your YouTube or Google password. Channels are linked through YouTube’s own invitation process.
5. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information about yourself, your channel and your rights.
- Only submit content and channels you own or are authorized to manage, and hold the rights needed for any content you ask us to register for Content ID or distribute.
- Comply with YouTube’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and monetization policies.
6. Prohibited use of the website
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading or someone else’s information.
- Use the site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful.
- Try to access systems or data you are not authorized to access, or disrupt the site.
- Scrape, copy or resell the site’s content without our written permission.
- Send spam or automated submissions through our forms.
7. Intellectual property and trademarks
The content, design and code of this site belong to iSmartMedia or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC. Other platform names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe where we operate. iSmartMedia is an independent company and is not endorsed by YouTube or Google.
8. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party websites and platforms. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided “as is” for general information and are not legal, financial or tax advice. To the extent permitted by law, iSmartMedia is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of revenue or data, arising from your use of the site. Decisions made by YouTube or other platforms, such as policy actions, demonetization or claims made by third parties, are outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
10. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data you share with us.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to them is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of India, unless your signed agreement says otherwise.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
