Onboarding
How linking your channel works
The process
From application to payout
Each step is visible to you. You decide whether to go ahead after seeing the quote.
- 1
Step 1 · 5 minutes
Apply
Tell us about your channel: the URL, what you publish and what you need help with. The application form takes a few minutes. - 2
Step 2 · 24–48 hours
We review your channel
Within 24–48 hours we look at your content, audience, rights and policy standing. If the channel is not a fit, or has a policy problem we can't fix, we tell you plainly. - 3
Step 3
Written quote and agreement
You get your revenue share in writing, along with the agreement. Read it, ask questions, take your time. Nothing is linked until you sign. - 4
Step 4
CMS link by YouTube invitation
We send a linking invitation from our YouTube CMS. You accept it from your own YouTube account. We never ask for your password, and your channel stays in your Google account. - 5
Every month · USD
Monthly statements and payouts
Each month you receive a statement with a per-channel breakdown, then your payout in USD. Payout options: Bank transfer (India & international), Wire transfer, PayPal, Payoneer.
Before you apply
What we need from you
Having these ready makes the review faster. For music and film, rights documents matter most.
- Your channel URL, plus any other channels you want to link.
- Proof that you own or manage the channel, usually by accepting the invitation from the channel's own account.
- Rights documents for music, film or TV content: licenses, label or distribution agreements, or contracts that show you hold the rights.
- Payout details for the account you want to be paid into (only after you sign).

FAQ
Questions about onboarding
How long does the whole process take?
We review applications within 24–48 hours. After that, timing depends mostly on you: how quickly you read the agreement and accept the YouTube invitation.
Do I need to share my YouTube or Google password?
No. Linking happens through an invitation sent from our YouTube CMS, which you accept from your own account. Anyone asking for your password is not following YouTube's process.
Will I still have access to YouTube Studio?
Yes. Your channel stays in your Google account and you keep full access to YouTube Studio. Linking lets us manage monetization and rights on your behalf; it does not transfer ownership.
When is my revenue share decided?
After the review. We quote a share for each channel based on niche, audience geography, rights and volume, and send it to you in writing before you sign anything.
What happens if my channel is not accepted?
We tell you why, and where possible what would need to change. Some services, such as Content ID for original audio or music distribution, may still be an option.
Ready to link your channel?
Send us your channel. We review it within 24–48 hours and reply with a written quote. No password sharing, no lock-in surprises.
