YouTube CMS · USA
US creators have the simplest money side: YouTube earnings are in dollars, US viewers attract strong ad demand, and there is no treaty paperwork. The harder part is picking a partner whose strengths match your channel.
We are India-first. We run our own YouTube CMS, and our depth is in South Asian languages, music catalogs and diaspora audiences. If you are a US-based label, artist or channel with that kind of content, read on. If not, use the checklist below to judge any partner, including us.
Payouts
YouTube revenue is settled in US dollars. We pay monthly in USD. Here is what that means in practice.
We pay in USD, so there is no exchange rate to lose on. What you should check is the fee your bank charges for an incoming international wire, since our payouts are sent from outside the US.
You can receive payouts by bank or wire transfer, PayPal or Payoneer. PayPal and Payoneer charge their own fees for receiving and withdrawing, so compare them against your bank's incoming wire fee.
Each monthly payout comes with a statement broken down by channel. Keep them with your bank records. Your tax preparer will want to match them against any forms you receive.
Tax & paperwork
General orientation only, not tax advice. Rules change, so confirm your position with a qualified advisor in the USA.
YouTube requires US creators to submit a Form W-9 in AdSense for YouTube. With valid tax info on file, Google does not withhold US tax. Without it, individuals face backup withholding of 24% of total worldwide earnings.
When your channel is linked to a CMS partner, YouTube pays the partner and the partner pays you. Google still sends tax reporting forms, such as a 1099-MISC, directly to affiliate channels based on the tax info in their AdSense account. That is why your AdSense tax details must stay current even after you link.
The IRS says self-employed people generally report business income on Schedule C and pay self-employment tax if net earnings are $400 or more. You may also need quarterly estimated payments. Your state may tax the income too. Confirm your setup with a CPA or enrolled agent.
Creators
US viewers are among the audiences advertisers compete for most, so a channel watched mainly in the US usually earns more per view than one watched mainly in South or Southeast Asia. Many US-based diaspora channels have a mixed audience: part US, part India or Pakistan. Your earnings follow that mix, so ask any partner to look at your audience geography before talking numbers.
Checklist
Whoever you choose, get these answered in writing before you accept a linking invite. Our guide to choosing a partner goes deeper.
How we work
We run our own YouTube CMS. You keep 100% ownership of your channel, your content and your Google account. We quote a revenue share for each channel after reviewing it. The number depends on your niche, audience geography, rights and volume, so a single published figure would be wrong for most channels.
Onboarding is online. Send your channel link and we review it within 24–48 hours. If it fits, you get a written revenue share quote before anything is linked.
We send a link invitation from our Content Manager, and you accept it while signed in to your own Google account. You keep full ownership and full access to YouTube Studio.
Payouts are monthly in USD by bank or wire transfer, PayPal or Payoneer, with a statement broken down by channel.
Our hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00 IST. That is roughly 12:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Eastern during daylight time, and overnight on the West Coast. Send a message at the end of your day and expect a reply by morning.
Mainly for content we know well: South Asian music catalogs, Indian-language channels and diaspora audiences. For other niches, a partner closer to your market and time zone may suit you better. We will tell you honestly after the review.
Not if you have a valid W-9 in AdSense for YouTube. YouTube says Google does not withhold on US creators with valid tax info. Without it, backup withholding of 24% of total worldwide earnings applies to individuals.
Google sends tax reporting forms such as the 1099-MISC directly to affiliate channels, based on the tax info in the AdSense for YouTube account linked to the channel. Keep our monthly statements too, and ask your tax preparer how to reconcile the two.
There is no currency conversion. Your bank may charge for an incoming international wire, and PayPal and Payoneer have their own fees. Check before you choose a method.
Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00 IST, over WhatsApp and email. For most of the US that is overnight or early morning, so replies usually arrive by the start of your day.
